With 19 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, Claire joined Pulse more than 15 years ago as a Contracts Coordinator, progressing to Regional Director before advancing to the role of Operations Director. Responsible for managing the operations teams across the business, ensuring urgent client requests are responded to quickly, filling shifts efficiently with the highest quality healthcare professionals and fully supporting nurses throughout the recruitment process; this includes offering opportunities to work in their preferred locations as well as the latest relevant training in their role, helping them remain compliant.
Jake Aspinall
Divisional Clinical Lead
Joining Acacium Group as Divisional Clinical Lead for nursing, Jake brings his extensive 24 years’ clinical experience and invaluable practice-based knowledge in a wide variety of specialisms to the Pulse team, ranging from haematology/oncology, emergency department, critical care outreach, occupational health and site management. He is passionate about providing dedicated healthcare professionals while ensuring the highest standards of best practice are maintained.
Kelly Branagh
Recruitment Business Director
Beginning her career journey as a Recruitment Consultant, in her 12 years at Pulse, Kelly has risen from Team Leader to Business Manager where she gained the knowledge and experience to progress to the role of Recruitment Business Director. Taking the lead on our experience management programme, Viewpoint, she plays a vital role in driving Pulse to become a fully customer centric organisation.
Rebecca Howell
Senior Recruitment Business Manager – Pulse Priority team
As a Senior Recruitment Business Manager with 10 years’ experience in the recruitment industry—7 years in healthcare recruitment at Pulse Nursing, Rebecca has worked with and alongside a wide range of experts in their field. Beginning her career as a Recruitment Consultant, she’s had the chance to work across various specialties and regions in the UK, expanding her knowledge along the way. She is a strong advocate for technology and its ability to support candidates, clients and teams.
Natalie Barham
Senior Recruitment Business Manager – Pulse Projects team and Permanent team
With more than 20 years of experience in recruitment which includes 19 years in the healthcare sector at Pulse, Natalie has strived to provide the best customer service possible to clients and candidates. In her current role as Senior Recruitment Business Manager, she enjoys building strong relationships while trying to live and breathe the company values of ‘Putting People First’, being ‘Driven by Excellence’ and being ‘Always by Your Side’.
Rebecca Henshaw
Senior Recruitment Business Manager – Acute North team
Since joining Pulse as a Critical Care Consultant 14 years ago, Rebecca progressed to the role of Senior Business Recruitment Manager. Experience gained in her 20 years in the recruitment industry helps her to manage the busy Pulse regional Acute North team. Under Rebecca’s guidance, the team look after candidates and clients across the North of England, ensuring that the best possible service is delivered throughout the region.
Jack Worrall
Senior Recruitment Business Manager – Acute South team
Beginning his career with Pulse in Admin Support and taking on a variety of roles since then, Jack has gained extensive industry experience. In his 15 years in recruitment, he has progressed from Business Support to Recruitment Consultant, then on to Recruitment Team Leader, and now as an extremely proud Senior Recruitment Business Manager. Each position has taught him something new and aided in his growth both professionally and personally.
