Position Details:
- Role: Band 6 Community Occupational Therapist
- Location: Chippenham, Wiltshire
- Contract Type: Full time hours for an initial period of 3 months
- Pay: Competitive, to be discussed upon application.
Responsibilities:
Conducting assessments and developing personalized care plans for clients with mental health challenges. Providing occupational therapy interventions to promote independence and improve quality of life. Collaborating with clients, families, and community resources to achieve therapeutic goals. Participating in multidisciplinary meetings and contributing to care planning.
Requirements:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration.
- Experience as a Band 6 Occupational Therapist in community settings.
- Strong assessment, communication, and intervention skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working in community setting and a rehab setting.
