Job Title: General Healthcare Assistant
Banding: Band 2-3 (dependent on experience and specific skill sets)
Location: Whipps Cross Hospital, Barts Health NHS Trust
Working Hours: Full-time/Part-time
Rate: £ 12.27 – £ 22.81

What will your responsibilities be?
- Assist patients with daily living activities, promoting independence.
- Check vital signs and report any abnormal values or changes to nursing staff.
- Adhere to professional standards and hospital policies.
- Document food and fluid intake accurately.
- Assist nurses and other staff as needed.
- Maintain a tidy and safe patient bedside environment.

Qualifications and Experiences:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in relevant general settings (within the last 12 to 18 months).
- Competent in vital signs, NEWS, and escalation procedures.
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and Care Certificate (preferred).
