Integrated Care Lead
Band 7
Location: Midland Metropolitan University Hospital
Salary: £46,158 – £52, 809 per annum
Part time: 14.5 hours per week
This is a new opportunity to join the Midland Metropolitan University Hospital in Birmingham.
Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Band 7 Integrated Care Lead to join a passionate neonatal team. Your play an integral role in the Neonatal team. Working directly with families, supporting them to become more involved in the care of their baby whilst collaboratively working with the ODN Lead Care Coordinator, the Neonatal Community Outreach team, neonatal nursing, AHP and medical teams.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration.
- Specialist Neonatal Intensive Care qualification
- Mentor and assessor qualification/alternative clinical teaching course.
- Current Neonatal Life Support Course
- Leadership course/qualifications or experience
- Passionate about education and professional development.
